Stormy Day Fix

Photo of the Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon van in Coquille. The day was intensely stormy with drenching rains. We rigged tarps to cover the area we would walk between the community building and surgery van. The yellow glow is a light in the van's anesthesia room where volunteers were anesthetizing ferals prior to spay surgery. I used one of my nets to help hold up the tarps.
