Is there anything after the heart? If what you captured in the photograph is the total gesture of the graffiti-artist, I would say that this is art. One usually expects something after the heart, i.e., "I love ____". By just putting down the Subject and the Verb, it turns a cliche on its head and directs the viewer toward something more universal. For me, art is something that gives you a novel re-entry point into your own existence. To state in graffiti, "I love." is something new.

Nothing on the wall after the heart. It just says "I heart"
