Glory

South east of Powers. Same time and location as the fogbow photo. I went to retrieve my backpack and camera gear, (visible in other photo), and looking off the cliff edge, my brother and I saw a 'Glory' Neither of us had seen this before, but I guess it's more commonly seen from an airplane, looking downward into a cloud below. The sun must be directly behind you to see this, and you must be looking slightly downward to see this colorful 'target'. It's not unlike a rainbow, but you see the entire thing, not just 1/2 of it. This was a fantastic moment. It lasted for a few minutes, as the colorful circle grew larger and smaller as the moisture in the air increased and decreased.
