Barber block

Historic Barber block building, Rose & the Raindrop restaurant, SE Grand Ave, Buckman neighborhood. It was built in 1890 as one of the first commercial buildings in the city of East Portland. It was restored in 1977 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
