It's a morphed Pacific Tree Frog (Hyla Regilla (also Pseudacris Regilla)) I love the perspective on your hand! Very cute!

Its hard to tell from a photo, but size and appearance seem correct for a tailed frog (Ascaphus truei) What do you think Boggy Woggy? http://www.wildherps.com/species/A.truei.html
