The Last Tomato

It was a lovely warm day in Portland, Oregon, USA today. I have a week off, and am doing chores around the house. I had the rare-for me- privelege of walking my boy a couple blocks down to his school bus stop. It was a wonderful morning, with a slight cloud cover that gave the morning sun a terrific yellowish glow. Walking back, I saw this tomato plant in a neighbors yard. It seems to sum up the changing of the seasons so well, I had to snap a few shots. This is the best of the lot.
